Don't love it? Not the perfect fit? If you are not satisfied with your purchase, easily exchange your first order for free or return it anytime within 30 days of purchase date.

Return or exchange orders must meet the following conditions:

Items cannot be worn and must be in new and unused condition.

Items must not be washed.

Items must have all original tags attached and intact.

There are NO EXCEPTIONS to the return or exchange requirements stated. Our returns departments has the right to deny any return that does not meet the above conditions. We take these measures out of precaution for the safety of our customers. The satisfaction of our customers is our top priority.

Additional Returns and Exchanges Details:

All "Get a Free Product" or "Buy One, Get One" purchases are not eligible for return or exchange.

FINAL SALE, LAST CALL, and CLEARANCE items are final sale and therefore they are not eligible for return or exchange.

Gift Card purchases are also final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

During the holidays please allow us 7-10 business days from order receipt to process any returns for refund

You, as a customer, are responsible for providing PYT the Correct Mailing Address. PYT is NOT responsible for items that have been mailed to the provided address, if that mailing address was entered incorrectly by you, the Customer. We, at PYT, will try to track down the product if it was returned to sender. Not all packages that are mailed to incorrectly provided addresses are Returned. These Packages are considered LOST or STOLEN after being delivered. PYT is NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen Packages once Delivered. Please contact your local carrier and provide them with your tracking number/s for further assistance.
